Please Note: The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and local sales taxes. Payment may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Your jewelry is first placed within a soft, anti-tarnish velvet pouch, which is then nestled inside our sturdy, elegant gift box. The box is tied with a beautiful satin ribbon. For those special occasions, you can add a complimentary personalized gift message at checkout, which we will handwrite on our custom stationery. This ensures that your gift is perfect from the moment it is received.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. It must be returned with all original packaging, including the box, pouch, and any accompanying certificates.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number. We will provide you with a complimentary, insured return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please package the item securely in its original box or a similar sturdy container. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that bespoke, engraved, or customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer care team immediately. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
For security reasons, and because a signature is required upon delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We are able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer than our standard estimates.
Every Aurelia shipment is fully insured. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement. If you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, please contact us so we can assist you with filing a report.
