From Sketch to Sparkle
1. The Vision
Every collection begins with an idea, a story. Our designers translate this inspiration into detailed sketches, considering ergonomics, aesthetics, and wearability.
2. Wax & Model
A master model is meticulously hand-carved in wax or created using 3D printing. This tangible prototype allows us to perfect every curve and angle before casting.
3. Casting
Using the ancient lost-wax casting technique, the wax model is transformed into precious metal. Molten gold, platinum, or silver is poured, taking the form of the final piece.
4. Setting & Finishing
This is where the magic happens. Our gemsetters secure each stone by hand, and the piece is filed, sanded, and polished to achieve its brilliant, mirror-like finish.
